Tamar Myers-Moffatt is an Associate Broker at Samson Properties with a primary focus on Residential Real Estate Services, New Construction, Relocation and Rentals.  With twenty-four years of sales and relationship management experience, Tamar Myers-Moffatt provides customized solutions to meet her client's specific needs.   

Tamar currently serves as a Director on the Virginia Realtors® Board of Directors, Treasurer of Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR) Board of Directors, 2025 Chair-Public Policy committee, 2025 Chair- FAAR Budget & Finance committee, member of the Young Professionals Network at FAAR, and serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advisory board at FAAR. Most recently, in 2024 Tamar was appointed by the Stafford County Board of Supervisors to serve on the Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee as a representative from the real estate industry.

Tamar Myers-Moffatt earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stony Brook University, (Stony Brook, NY) in 1998 and her Master of Science degree in Technology and Information Management from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University, (New York, NY) 2006. She is also a certified Military Relocation Professional and a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certified.
